| | | Sec. 7. 7 MRSA §2902, as amended by PL 1989, c. 888, §§3 and 4, is | | repealed and the following enacted in its place: |

| | | 1.__Milk distributor license fee.__A milk distributor license | | fee is based on the total volume of milk sold or distributed in | | the State.__The fee may not be lower than $25 or exceed $300. |

| | | 2.__General Fund.__All money received from milk distributor | | license fees by the commissioner must be deposited in the General | | Fund. |
|
| | | Sec. 8. 7 MRSA §2902-A, as enacted by PL 1987, c. 700, §2, is | | repealed. |
