Sec. 3. Report. Resolved:
That the commission shall report by January
1, 2000 to the Legislature on legislation needed to provide access
to high-quality services fairly reimbursed by state and federal
programs and 3rd-party payors. The report must include
implementing legislation and suggestions for changes on the federal
level.
SUMMARY
This resolve establishes the Commission to Study the Needs of
Maine Veterans and Their Families. It requires a report to the
Legislature by January 1, 2000.
