Superior Court in requiring the attendance and testimony of
witnesses and the production of documentary evidence.

 
B.__Upon the application of the Attorney General at the
request of the commissioner, the Superior Court has
jurisdiction to issue preliminary or permanent injunctions
commanding a person to comply with this chapter or an order
of the commissioner made pursuant to this chapter.

 
C.__The commissioner may order testimony to be taken by
deposition in a proceeding or investigation pending under
this chapter at any stage of the proceeding or
investigation.__The depositions may be taken before a person
designated by the commissioner who has the power to
administer oaths.__The testimony must be reduced to writing
by the person taking the deposition, or under that person's
direction, and must be signed by the deponent.__A person may
be compelled to appear and depose and to produce documentary
evidence in the same manner as witnesses may be compelled to
appear and testify and produce documentary evidence before
the commissioner as provided in this chapter.

 
D.__Witnesses summoned before the commissioner must be paid
the same fees and mileage that are paid witnesses in the
courts of this State.__Witnesses whose depositions are taken
and the persons taking the depositions are each entitled to
the same fees as are paid for like services in the courts.

 
E.__A person may not be excused from attending and
testifying or from producing books, papers, schedules of
charges, contracts, agreements or other documentary evidence
before the commissioner.__A person may not be excused from
obeying a subpoena of the commissioner, whether the subpoena
is signed or issued by the commissioner or the
commissioner's designee or issued in a proceeding, criminal
or otherwise, based upon any alleged violation of this
chapter on the ground that the testimony or evidence,
documentary or otherwise, required of the person or by the
subpoena may tend to incriminate the person or subject the
person to a penalty or forfeiture.__An individual may not be
prosecuted or subjected to a penalty or forfeiture for a
transaction, matter or thing concerning which that person is
compelled, after having claimed privilege against self-
incrimination, to testify or produce evidence, documentary
or otherwise, except that an individual so testifying may
not be exempt from prosecution and punishment for perjury
committed in testifying.

 
3.__Refusal to testify.__A person who neglects or refuses to
attend and testify, to answer a lawful inquiry or to produce
