Sec. 1. Department authorized to accept land. Resolved:
That the Department
of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management is authorized to
accept land in southern Maine for the purpose of establishing a
veterans' cemetery on that land. Land accepted by the department
must meet all the requirements provided in state laws and rules.
SUMMARY
This resolve authorizes the Department of Defense, Veterans
and Emergency Management to accept land in southern Maine for the
purpose of establishing a veterans' cemetery.
