| Sec. 1. State Auditor to amend campaign finance reporting forms for candidates. |
| Resolved: That, notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title |
| 21-A, section 1017, subsection 6, the State Auditor shall amend |
| the campaign finance reporting forms for traditionally funded |
| candidates to closely resemble the reporting form used in 1994 |
| and develop a new form for participating candidates funded by the |
| Maine Clean Election Act. All forms amended or created as a |
| result of this resolve must conform to all requirements provided |
| in Title 21-A. The forms must be completed in time for use in |
| the next general election after the effective date of this |
| resolve. |
