Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
The purpose of this bill is to assist the Maine Lead Advisory
Council in testing high-risk children for lead poisoning by
utilizing information that has already been obtained by the
State.
