| Sec. 1. Rule change and rate increase. Resolved: That the Department of |
| Human Services shall amend the rules regarding reimbursement |
| rates for in-home behavioral health services for children |
| provided through the Department of Behavioral and |
| Developmental Services. The Department of Human Services |
| shall change the rate for agencies providing in-home |
| behavioral health services for children so that it is based on |
| actual cost and is cost-reimbursed. Rules adopted pursuant to |
| this section are routine technical rules as defined in the |
| Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. |
