Special Revenue Funds account in the Department of Human Services
to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than
June 30, 2003.

 
Sec. H-3. State Supplement to Federal Supplemental Security Income; lapsed balances.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $150,000 of
unencumbered balance forward in fiscal year 2002-03 in the State
Supplement to Federal Supplemental Security Income, General Fund
account in the Department of Human Services lapses to the General
Fund in fiscal year 2002-03.

 
PART I

 
Sec. I-1. Human Rights Commission; transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any
other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer
$1,351 from the Human Rights Commission, Other Special Revenue
Funds account, from unexpended conference balances, to the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no later than June 30,
2003.

 
PART J

 
Sec. J-1. Supreme, Judicial and Superior Courts account; lapsed balances.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, $14,685 of the
encumbered balance forward in fiscal year 2002-03 in the Supreme,
Judicial and Superior Courts, General Fund account in the
Judicial Department is disencumbered and this amount lapses to
the General Fund in fiscal year 2002-03.

Sec. K-1. Employment Services Activity; transfer of funds. Notwithstanding
any other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer
$25,260 from the Employment Services Activity, Other Special
Revenue Funds account in the Department of Labor from accumulated
savings to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no
later than June 30, 2003.

 
Sec. K-2. Blind and Visually Impaired; transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any
other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer
$18,500 from the Blind and Visually Impaired, Other Special
Revenue Funds account in the Department of Labor from accumulated
savings to the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund no
later than June 30, 2003.
