SUMMARY
This bill requires Tier 2 freshwater wetland projects to meet
all of the standards under the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 38,
chapter 3, Article 5-A according to the recommendations of the
Department of Environmental Protection submitted pursuant to
Resolve 2003, chapter 14.
