| 4.__Wild turkey.__A person may not keep an unregistered wild | turkey at home or any place of storage for more than 12 hours | unless it is kept in an official wild turkey registration station | or at the office of a game warden. |

| §12304.__Condition of animal presented for registration |

| | A person may not present the following animals for | registration unless that animal is presented in its entirety, | except: |

| | 1.__Bear.__For bear, the viscera and rib cage may be removed, | and the bear may be dismembered for ease of transportation, but | the bear must be field dressed in a manner that permits | determination of the sex of the animal; |

| | 2.__Moose.__For moose, the viscera, rib cage, lower legs, head | and hide may be removed and the animal may be dismembered for | ease of transportation, but evidence of gender must remain | attached to at least one part of the dressed animal.__If the head | is not brought to the registration station, a canine tooth or the | lower jaw also must be presented at the time of registration.__ | Any parts not presented for registration must be placed where | they are not visible to a person traveling on a public or private | way; or |

| | 3.__Wild turkey.__For wild turkey, the viscera may be removed. |
