| B.__Wild turkey in violation of this section commits a Class | E crime for which the court shall impose a fine of not less | than $500, none of which may be suspended; or |

| C.__Bear or deer in violation of this section commits a | Class E crime. |

| §12351. Transportation by residents |

| | A resident may transport home any wild animal or wild bird | that that resident has killed and that is legally possessed, as | long as that resident is properly licensed and has met all other | requirements of this Part.__A resident may have any lawfully | harvested wild animal or wild bird transported to a location | other than that person's home without accompanying the wild | animal or wild bird by obtaining a transportation permit from any | game warden.__There is no fee for a permit issued under this | section. |
