4.__Report.
__Beginning in 2006 and annually thereafter, the
ombudsman shall submit a report no later than March 15h to the
Legislature and to the Freedom of Access Advisory Committee
established in Title 1, section 411 concerning the activities of
the ombudsman for the previous calendar year.__The report must
include the following information:
A.__The total number of inquiries and complaints received;
B.__The number of inquiries and complaints received from
each of the following:
(1)__The public;
(2)__The media; and
(3)__Public agencies and officials;
C.__The number of complaints received concerning each of the
following:
(1)__Public records; and
(2)__Public meetings;
D.__The number of inquiries and complaints that were
resolved and how they were resolved; and
E.__The number of complaints received about each of the
following:
(1)__State agencies;
(2)__County agencies;
(3)__Regional agencies;
(4)__Municipal agencies;
(5)__School administrative units; and
(6)__Other public entities.
