(1)__Assertive community treatment, which is provided by
multidisciplinary teams 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
to individuals for whom other treatment approaches have
been unsuccessful.__Using an integrated service approach
and a staff-member ratio of not more than one to 10,
assertive community treatment merges clinical and
rehabilitative staff expertise to assist members with
symptom stability, relapse prevention, housing,
establishment of social support networks, minimizing
involvement with the criminal justice system and
acquiring services to enable the person to function at a
work site;

 
(2)__Family psychoeducation treatment services, which
are provided in multifamily and single family sessions.__
Clinical program elements include engagement sessions,
psychoeducation workshops and ongoing cofacilitated
supportive sessions focused on solving problems that
interfere with treatment and rehabilitation.__
Supportive sessions continue for at least 2 years for
individuals with schizophrenic disorders and at least
one year for other individuals.__Supportive sessions
are initially provided bi-weekly and become monthly as
patients become clinically stable and the therapeutic
focus shifts to rehabilitation;

 
(3)__A wellness recovery action plan, which is a
cofacilitated curriculum-based recovery group that
explores foundational concepts of recovery and wellness
and uses the development of tools for a personal plan
that promotes an improved quality of life while
decreasing the incidence of severe symptoms.__The group
meets for a maximum of 12 sessions of 2 hours each;

 
(4)__Trauma recovery and empowerment groups, which use
skills-based group treatment approach to address issues
of sexual, physical and emotional abuse.__The
cofacilitated groups meet for a maximum of 33 weeks.__
Sessions focus on empowerment and trauma recovery.__
Each session is 75 minutes long and includes a
combination of discussion and experiential exercises;

 
(5)__Dialectical behavioral therapy, which is a skills
training group conducted in a psychoeducational format.__
Skills training consists of 4 modules: mindfulness,
distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness in
conflict situations and emotional regulation.__Groups
meet weekly for sessions of 2 to 2 1/2 hours for up to
one year; and
