Sec. 1. Establish secondary vocational education facility in Washington County.
Resolved: That the Department of Education shall establish a
secondary vocational education facility in Washington County to
serve students and school districts from Lubec to Steuben. The
secondary vocational education facility established pursuant to
this resolve may not duplicate vocational programs offered by
Washington Academy.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Education to establish
a secondary vocational education facility in Washington County.
