D.__Products designed expressly for installation and use in recreational vehicles.

§3603.__Rulemaking; energy efficiency standards

No later than January 1, 2006, the commission shall adopt rules establishing minimum efficiency standards for sale and installation of covered products.

§3604.__Implementation of energy efficiency rules; varying

effective dates

1.__Products sold on or after January 1, 2007; products installed on or after January 1, 2008.__The following covered products may not be sold or offered for sale as new in the State on or after January 1, 2007 or installed for compensation in the State on or after January 1, 2008 unless the efficiency of the product meets or exceeds the efficiency standards set forth in the rules adopted pursuant to section 3603:

A.__Ceiling fan;

B.__Ceiling fan light kit;

C.__Commercial clothes washer;

D.__Commercial prerinse spray valve;

E.__Digital television adapter;

F.__High-intensity discharge lamp ballast;

G.__Illuminated exit sign;

H.__Low-voltage dry-type distribution transformer;

I.__Single-voltage external AC-to-DC power supply;

J.__State-regulated incandescent reflector lamp;

K.__Torchiere lighting fixture;

L.__Traffic signal module; and

M.__Unit heater.
