I.__High-intensity discharge lamp ballasts;

J.__Illuminated exit signs;

K.__Large packaged air-conditioning equipment;

L.__Low-voltage dry-type distribution transformers;

M.__Medium-voltage dry-type distribution transformers;

N.__Metal halide lamp fixtures;

O.__Single-voltage external AC-to-DC power supplies;

P.__State-regulated incandescent reflector lamps;

Q.__Torchiere lighting fixtures;

R.__Traffic signal modules;

S.__Unit heaters; and

T.__Such other products as may be designated by the commission in accordance with section 3605.

2.__Exclusions.__The provisions of this chapter do not apply to:

A.__New products manufactured in the State and sold outside the State;

B.__New products manufactured outside the State and sold at wholesale inside the State for final retail sale and installation outside the State;
