An Act Regarding the Unused Pharmaceutical Disposal Program

SUMMARY
This bill allows the acceptance into the Unused Pharmaceutical
Disposal Program Fund of public funds that are not General Fund
funds and changes the beginning date of the program from July 1,
2005 to July 1, 2006. This bill is an emergency bill that takes
effect when approved.
