Medical Care - Payments to Providers 0147

 
Initiative: Reduces funding for a federal match by converting the
living arrangements of approximately 100 individuals in fiscal
year 2005-06 and 100 individuals in fiscal year 2006-07 presently
living in group homes to living in shared living models
(Individualized Support Option) to promote autonomy,
individualized services and integration in the community.
Corresponding state funding reductions are reflected in the
Mental Retardation Waiver - MaineCare program.
