| | Sec. F-6. 7 MRSA §2953-A, sub-§4-A, ¶A, as amended by PL 1993, c. 274, | §1, is further amended to read: |

| A. Maine's representatives to the Northeast Interstate | Dairy Compact are as follows: |

| (1) The commissioner or designee; |
