B. Thirty-two Twenty percent to the Retirement Allowance Fund | established in section 17251; and |

| C. Sixteen Twenty percent to the Reserve for General Fund | Operating Capital.; |

| D.__Fifteen percent to the Retiree Health Insurance Internal | Service Fund established in section 1519 to be used solely | for the purpose of amortizing the unfunded actuarial | liability associated with future health benefits; and |

| E.__Ten percent to the Capital Construction and Improvements | Reserve Fund established in section 1516-A. |

| | Sec. WW-1. Maine Learning Technology Initiative computers and peripheral | equipment. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and except | for computers and peripheral equipment purchased by a school | district, the Department of Education shall dispose of computers | and peripheral equipment purchased for the Maine Learning | Technology Initiative through the Department of Administrative | and Financial Services, Bureau of General Services' surplus | property program. All proceeds from the sale or other disposal | agreement net of selling and disposal costs must be deposited in | the General Purpose Aid for Local Schools General Fund account | within the Department of Education to be used for the continued | support of the Maine Learning Technology Initiative. |

| | Sec. XX-1. 20-A MRSA §4772, sub-§2, as enacted by PL 1997, c. 758, §2, | is amended to read: |

| | 2. Academic standing. The Unless granted a waiver by the | eligible institution, the student is maintaining a minimum | secondary school grade point average of at least 3.0 on a scale | of 4.0, or the equivalent of a "B" average, as determined by the | school unit; |
