RESOLVE Chapter 105

B. The Plumbers' Examining Board, established by Title 5,

section 12004-A, subsection 32; and

C. Consumers of home repair, plumbing and electrical
services; and be it further

Sec. 3. Report. Resolved: That, no later than December 7, 2005, the
department and the system shall submit a report that includes its
findings and recommendations, including suggested legislation,
for presentation to the Joint Standing Committee on Business,
Research and Economic Development. Following receipt and review
of the report, the Joint Standing Committee on Business, Research
and Economic Development may report out a bill to the Second
Regular Session of the 122nd Legislature.
