Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Appropriates funds to be provided as grants to statewide agricultural organizations for the purpose of furthering the development of agricultural education programs across the State.
Effective September 18, 1999, unless otherwise indicated.
