Sec. G-1. 30-A MRSA §5681, sub-§5, ¶¶A and B, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 439, Pt. OO, §1, are amended to read:
A. For months beginning before January 1, 2003 May 1, 2003, 5.1%; and
B. For months beginning on or after January 1, 2003 May 1, 2003, 5.2%.
