Sec. F-1. 5 MRSA §154 is enacted to read:
§154. Services to nonstate agencies
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller may establish an account within Other Special Revenue funds for the Treasurer of State to recover the cost of providing administrative services to the Maine Military Authority.
Sec. F-2. 5 MRSA §1550-A is enacted to read:
§1550-A. Services to nonstate agencies
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Accounts and Control may establish an account within Other Special Revenue funds to recover the cost of providing accounting, payroll and other services provided by the bureau to the Maine Military Authority established in Title 37-B, section 391.
Sec. F-3. PL 2001, c. 467, Pt. A, §2 is repealed.
