Sec. DD-1. Reimbursement to home care agencies. The Department of Human Services shall increase payments for wages and benefits for nonadministrative personnel at home care agencies. The department shall verify that these funds have been distributed as directed to nonadministrative staff.
Sec. DD-2. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Part.
