A municipality shall notify the department within 14 days of the date the municipality authorizes the operation of a cannabis establishment within the municipality; issues or renews a license for the operation of a cannabis establishment within the municipality; withdraws authorization or suspends or revokes a license for the operation of a cannabis establishment within the municipality; approves relocation of the licensed premises of a cannabis establishment to the municipality; or approves a transfer of ownership interests in a license the licensed premises of which are located within the municipality. For the purposes of this section, "municipality" has the same meaning as in section 212.   [PL 2017, c. 409, Pt. A, §6 (NEW); PL 2021, c. 669, §5 (REV).]
