§11661.__Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.__Authority.__"Authority" means the Finance Authority of Maine.

2.__Fund.__"Fund" means the Child Care Education Scholarship Fund.

3.__Program.__"Program" means the Child Care Education Scholarship Program.

§11662.__Program established

1.__Program.__The Child Care Education Scholarship Program is established to provide educational opportunities for child care workers in this State to improve the quality of child care.
